  1. Your personal information is protected under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Polish Journal of Laws, of 2014, item 1182, as amended), in a manner preventing access to such data by unauthorized third parties.

  2. The administrator employs security measures to protect data from loss, misuse, or alteration.

  3. The Administrator may be required to provide information to authorized official bodies to comply with lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.

  1. User personal data are collected in the event of the User’s contact with the Administrator via e-mail.

  2. Following approval and agreement by the User, the Administrator may process the User’s personal data for marketing purposes of the Website and third parties, and to send commercial information to the specified e-mail address ‘ within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, as well as to perform the services available on the Website.

  3. The personal information that the User entrusts to the Seller, especially: name and surname, address, e-mail address, and phone number, is processed:

  1. Cookies used on the Website enable the appropriate customization of information displayed on the site and presentation of content tailored to the User’s needs. Cookies will only be used to customize and improve the operation of the Website, and to measure the effectiveness of actions performed on the Website, as well as for statistical purposes. All of the above is aimed at improving the quality of the Website and adjusting it to the Users’ needs.
